Refund Policy

    The return process must be initiated within (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

    To return an item, please email customer service at support@hexdice.store. Provide an order number, the address it was shipped to, the reason for the return, the name and quantity of the item(s) being returned.

    Return shipping costs will be paid for by hex depending on the reason for the return. Items damaged by the customer can not be returned.

Refunds

    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least (20) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Note: We may require a restocking fee on certain returns.
